It will help us understand your schedule, needs and training goals in order to customise a training program specific to you. From there, you will be able to view your training plan, input your benchmark tests, compare your results against fellow members and receive reviews and support by our team.
Please note that your training program will be uploaded within 3 working days from the submission of your questionnaire.
Premium Program
The Premium package comes with a customisable training plan that includes a strength and conditioning training plan. Both strength training and running will be planned according to your needs by our head coach. This premium package will allow you to have direct communication with our head coach.
